Invoices vs expenses: Invoices are money you bill and collect from clients. Expenses (e.g. imported ZBS lines) are costs you paid, not invoices. Recent Activity shows both so you can see cash-in and cash-out in one feed.

The two figures above each month are not duplicates: Rev is cash collected from invoices, Exp is spending. Teal and red bar heights each scale to the largest month in that series so small months stay visible.
